Similar Size Company Comparison Report
The Similar Sized Company Report compares your company to companies that have about the same number of team members to allow you assess your Culture-Engagement against teams of about your size. Generally, smaller teams have better scores, so if you are a large team, it’s better to compare your results against companies who have the same number of people.
To understand better the teams used for the comparison, look at the page header for the Comparison Company Size Between values toward the left hand side of the page. This will give you the range of company sizes used in the comparison.
On the right side of the header, you’ll also see the number of responses that were included in the Comparison Company responses. This will give you an idea of how many people’s opinions were included. Keep in mind that your company responses are not included in the Comparison Company responses.

HOW DO I USE THIS REPORT?
When evaluating any of these reports, take a deep breath and get yourself in a frame of mind that will allow you to listen and learn. If you find yourself getting emotional, stop, take a break, and come back to the report later. Try to find the truth of what your team is saying, and try to decide what you might be able to do to improve things. There are several key aspects to this report and some good questions to ask yourself or your team:
Difference Column - use the color coded values to indicate where to focus:
Where are we significantly ahead of similar sized companies? What should we be proud of?
Where are we behind other companies of our size? Where do we need to improve?
Min & Max Scores - these give you an idea of the best and worst scores amoung the teams in your comparison group. This gives you an idea of the range of results for each statement and where your team falls in that range.
How do we compare to other companies that are about our size?
Where do we want to focus energy to improve?
